Trainer: Glysell has been working in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years. As a personal trainer and physical therapist, Glysell has helped many people live a healthier lifestyle. She specializes in Functional Training, Injury Prevention, Orthopedic Rehab, and Core Strengthening. Her goal is to help her clients achieve a well-balanced lifestyle that will reduce the risk of future health-related issues.

Pilates Instructor: Veronica is a Certified STOTT Pilates and MAT Instructor and Personal Trainer. With over 10 years experience in the health and fitness industry she has helped people build a stronger core, develop muscle definition, and improve flexibility. Veronica has a strong passion for teaching and helping others live healthier. She also holds a license in Massage Therapy.
